Power tool brushless and sensorless

Brushless

A brushless DC (BLDC) motor is a synchronous electric motor powered by direct-current (DC) electricity and having an electronic commutation system, rather than a mechanical commutator and brushes. In BLDC motors, current to torque and voltage to rpm are linear relationships.

Sensorless

The rotor winding is also used as the sensor; from the moment the motor is turning there are electromagnetic forces passing through the wiring. After the integration and treatment, the controller deducts the position and the poles of the rotor and henceforth supplies the adequate phase.

Ceramic motors (modular pneumatic version)

Our Ceramic motors offer a strong mechanic resistance, a low density, with a very long life cycle. The ceramic used for our motor were tested in extreme temperatures variations while keeping a very low thermal conductivity.

Battery Lithium technology

A Lithium LiFePO4 accumulator is an energy storage technique part of the electrochemical accumulator’s family where the reaction is based on lithium. Its utilization capacity is 3 time superior to other types of existing non lithium batteries available on the market. Beyond the undisputable superior technical capabilities compared with Ni-Cad batteries, while using Lithium LiFe PO4 batteries’ technology you will actively participate in society’s ecologic efforts.
